Peter Chan

Peter is a seasoned optometrist, having graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science Optometry from Queensland University of Technology in 1986, and later with a Postgraduate Certificate in Ocular Therapeutics from the University of Melbourne in 2006. He is also a founding associate of the Australian College of Behavioural Optometrists, and is a leading expert in all aspects of children's vision, whether it be children's visual perceptual development, vision therapy, myopia management, or children's contact lens care. Peter’s passion and vast experiences working with his children go beyond the clinic and into the mountains of rural China where he volunteers annually to provide eye care and glasses to the hundreds of children who do not have access to basic eye care. In addition to children's eye care, Peter also specializes in lazy and turned eye management, dry eye treatment, and posterior eye management.
